Sunday Beach Yoga

Our regular weekly sandy toes session on King Eddies!

Soak up the North Sea air and celebrate the sun rising with a refreshing and vibrant flow, moving to the sound and energy of the sea. Suitable for all levels including complete beginners. Please bring your own mat or towel.

PLEASE NOTE: This session is held on King Edwards Beach, located towards the cliffs underneath the Priory. In the event of a high tide or limited beach access it will move to our Sea Banks (W3W//edgy.range.shark) location.
