All welcome, no experience needed......just let go, move your way, and feel amazing. There are no tricky steps, just pure rhythm, presence and joy.
Every class has a fresh playlist spanning all tempos and styles — from slow, soulful grooves to high-energy beats. Expect funky, jazzy, tribal, pop, rock, disco, and even 90s rave vibes — something for everyone to find their groove.
I guide you through the class, and take you on a wonderful dance journey! We start with some centering, stretching, and warming up, then into simple moves for each song—just 1-3 moves that you dance your way.
We’ll end with a few minutes of calming stillness (bring a mat or towel) as you relax, breathe, and rest.
Come dance, be yourself, let loose, and feel fantastic!
