Crystal Bowl Sound Bath with Jeff

Space is limited, so sign up today at www.guidinglightgb.com/events
Come join us for a sound bath and meditation. You will start the event with a brief meditation to help you relax and set your intentions for the session. Two 20-25 minutes sound baths will follow, concentrating on your chakra system. Please bring a journal as time will be allotted after each sound bath. Also please bring a mat if you choose to lay down. The session will be approximately 1.5 hours.
