Therapeutic QiGong Class
QiGong is an excellent preventative and recuperative exercise for all ages.
It accelerates the body’s healing process and immunity, teaches you awareness and concentrated focus. Your mind gets grounded. Your body feels warmer. Eases all pains. Helps recovery from surgeries.

The routine combines physical exercises, gentle stretching, breathing and self-massage.

Please wear loose clothes, bring your yoga mat and a water bottle.
Wear comfortable shoes for indoor exercising or grip socks.
