Women’s Resource Center

Hello Wellen Park ladies! I live in Avelina and I’m a volunteer at the Venice Women’s Resource Center.

This year, we’re hosting a Wonder Women Collective event at Wellen Park on June 12th from 5PM-7PM. This event will include a raffle to raise critical funds for our programs. These programs include career readiness, educational scholarships, financial and legal programs, mentorship, and resource navigation—services that truly make a difference in the lives of those striving for stability and independence.
We are reaching out to valued local businesses and neighbors like you to ask for donations to support our raffle/auction. This could be a product, gift certificate, service, or experience. Your generosity will directly support the women and families we serve, and if you own a business it will be prominently recognized during the event, in our promotional materials, and on social media.
Your support not only helps us raise essential funds—it also sends a message of shared purpose within our community.
