Life is busy. Work schedules change. Weekly classes don't always fit. That doesn't mean your body, nervous system, mind and curiosity should miss out.
Our 2.5-hour workshops are designed for people who want to move better, feel safer in their body and build confidence. Think of it like a spa treatment for yourself.
You come once a month, you are guided and challenged, and leave feeling restored, capable and more at home in your own body.
With space for 8 people, you get personal attention, clear options with safe exploration of movement and poses. Each month we focus of a different theme and a peak pose.
In the space of two and a half hrs, we will move mindfully, we will learn about the body, rest deeply and reconnect with ourselves.
Held last Sunday of each month (April and December 3rd Sunday) from 9:00am to 11:30am.
Ticket includes use of props, morning tea, refreshments and a gift bag.
In February workshop, we will be exploring supported backbends that create space through the chest, shoulders and spine.
We'll learn how to open the front body in a way that feels steady and strong, using breath, props and progressive movement.
