During this 1.5-hour guided session, youโll be led through a full-body release using therapy balls, focusing on common areas of tightness from the lower body (feet, legs, and hips) to the upper body (back, shoulders, neck, and head).
It is perfect if your body feels tight, tired, or overworked whether from desk life, stress, sport, or recovery. The practice supports ease of movement, builds tissue resilience, improves circulation, and helps you feel lighter, more open, and energised.

About your teacher
The workshop will be guided by Belinda, an experienced yoga teacher with an Advanced Diploma in Biomedical Yoga & Lifestyle Medicine (500YTT) and 100-hour Yin & Myofascial Release Training/Certification. Belinda is passionate about sharing the benefits of myofascial release to help people release tension, reduce stress, restore fascia, and move through life with greater ease.
