Get in touch with your inner child with a relaxed night of activities and resources for adults at Laman!

Have you ever heard of "healing your inner child" and wondered what it was all about? Come to Laman this Mental Health May and see how connecting with your childhood self can be a powerful and easy form of self-care! Whether you are a Y2K kid or a child of the 60s, it's fun to revisit the whimsy and wonder of bygone days. We will be up in The Studio providing:

Nostalgic snacks
Inner child activities and crafts
Self-care tips from librarians
Show & tell - bring your childhood nostalgia items!
