TEEN SUMMER CONDITIONING 💪

The ultimate summer conditioning program tailored exclusively for athletes who want to maintain peak performance and stamina throughout the summer. Each session features a dynamic mix of training styles to keep things engaging and effective.

Led by certified instructors and co-owner Laura, each class is sate, supportive, and structured to meet teens where they are-helping them grow stronger, move better, and feel more confident in their bodies.

All teens ages 10-18 are welcome. Cost is $18 per class or $120 for all (sibling discounts available). Waiver of liability must be signed prior to attending.
