Mega Barre Youngstown is now offering Teacher Training for our most popular fitness modalities!
Lagree Fitness utilizes small, controlled movements on the Megaformer machine to incorporate cardio, strength training, endurance, core, flexibility, and balance in each class.
Whether you're looking to join our talented team at Mega Barre Youngstown, or you're a studio owner* looking to bring our revolutionary fitness methods to your own space, our Teacher Training program is for you!
• Cost is $1500*
• 6 hours per day and must be in person for the entirety of the weekend, no exceptions.
• Training will be held by an official senior master trainer representing the Lagree Fitness method.
• You will be considered a Level 1 Lagree instructor upon completion of training. This certifies you to teach at any Lagree licensed studio in the world.
*Please note: A licensing agreement must be signed that states you cannot teach these trademarked methods within 20 miles of Boardman, Ohio.
