Monthly Restorative Yoga 1.5hours

Come start your month well rested! Restorative Yoga is the opportunity to rest and rejuvenate your nervous system, mind and body!
This class is a monthly specialty class and runs for an hour and a half.

Please don't park in Jay Cars Carpark. We have limited parking behind and beneath the studio. Alternatively, there is parking over at Office works or on the street.
