You’re welcome to join a great bunch of blokes every week as we hit the track for 3 laps (approx. 5km), running at all different speeds, having a few convos, and supporting each other with every stride.

Whether you're chasing a PB or just need a breather from the chaos of life — this is a no judgement, run-at-your-own-pace crew. It’s all about connection, movement, and mateship.
