Saturday Morning Yoga with Kim

Join us for a 90 minute Hatha Flow Yoga Class. In this class, we enter each pose gradually and each gentle movement is held for 8 breaths. We’ll begin on the mat and work our way up to a few gentle standing poses. We’ll end the class back on the mat with restorative poses to prep the body for the extended meditative Savasana. These longer holds and slower movements allow us to connect with the body, breath and mind at a deeper level.
