The price is $125 plus tax per person, per class. I will serve the three-course meal that I taught in the class, along with imported bottled water. BYOB IS HIGHLY ENCOURAGED‼️

September’s Cooking Class Menu:
Portobello Bruschetta: A roasted garlic portobello mushroom topped with a tricolor heirloom tomato Bruschetta, fresh mozzarella cheese, and baked with white wine, lemon, and butter.
Chicken Marsala: Tender chicken medallions pan-seared with mushrooms and a Marsala wine sauce. Served with sautéed spinach and roasted Parmesan potatoes.
Strawberry Shortcake: Warm, buttered pound cake topped with fresh strawberries, jam, and homemade whipped cream.
