The price is $125 plus tax per person, per class. I will serve the three-course meal that I taught in the class, along with imported bottled water. BYOB IS ENCOURAGED

- Liuzzi Cheese Ciliegine: Fresh mozzarella cheese in cherry-sized pieces, paired with tri-color grape tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, and fresh herbs.
- Penne alla Scogliera: Quill-shaped pasta, shrimp, fresh tomatoes, basil, cream, and crushed red pepper.
- Strawberry Shortcake: Sweet strawberries, warm buttered pound cake, and homemade whipped cream.
