This is a relaxing afternoon of self care. Starting with gentle but effective yin yoga and a spoken word poetry playlist to help you release followed by a soundbath to help the body reset. (A full chakra tuning) After that we can share poetry (optional) And enjoy some delicious refreshments. (I wonder what will be fresh in my garden at that time❣️) $30
