It’s a warm summer afternoon. The sun is shining, the breeze is soft, and you’re outside in a sacred space surrounded by a powerful circle of folks who just get it—who know what it means to carry big feelings and deep stories. You’re handed a canvas, a pile of brushes, sponges, maybe even a water balloon or two.
Hollie from The HG Experience opens the space with a grounding convo about rage, fear, confusion, and grief—what they mean, how they move through us, and how we let them go. Then, the music kicks in. You start throwing paint, slapping color, making a glorious, healing mess. This is a ceremony of release.
Rage Painting isn’t about what the art looks like—it’s about how it feels to get that storm out of your body. To reclaim your power. To express the unspeakable. To let go. You might walk away with a wild piece of abstract art. Or maybe just a lighter heart. This is your space to scream in color. To feel fully. To move it through. You don’t need to know how to paint. You just need to show up. All are welcome. Let’s make a mess—together.
