Adult Recess Cleveland

Come join Coach Alex for this instructor-led playful movement session. Move like a kid again while improving your balance, mobility, strength, body control, agility, & self-confidence! Ages 18-80. Any fitness level is welcome, from couch potato to Olympic athlete, & games/activities are scalable to each person's abilities.

Cost is $10 per person. Payment can be made through Venmo ( @UsefullyFit ) or bring cash to the event. Wear clothes you are comfortable moving around in.
