Stillness in Sound: A Journey into Deep Relaxation

Escape the busyness of daily life and immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of Stillness in Sound, a restorative sound journey. This sound healing event offers a unique opportunity to relax deeply, release tension, and reconnect with your inner peace.
Join Ellyn Dent and Amanda Willis - Synergy Of Sound Healing Conductors, Reiki Masters and Energy Medicine Practitioners, and allow the soothing rhythm of the grandmother drum and the resonant frequencies of singing bowls, gongs, and other therapeutic instruments to wash over you, gently guiding you into a state of profound stillness.
As sound waves permeate your being, they can help to calm the nervous system, balance energy centers, and promote a sense of profound tranquility. Other benefits of sound baths include improved sleep quality, enhanced creativity and intuition, a boost to the immune system and a deeper connection to Self.
No prior experience is necessary. Simply lie back, get comfortable, and allow the healing power of sound to guide you to a place of deep rest and inner stillness.
*The studio will be set up ahead of time for you with a yoga mat, bolster, blanket and weighted eye pillow, but you’re welcome to bring other items from home like a camping/exercise mat or pillow to ensure your comfort during this restorative journey into the heart of sound.
