Womans New Moon Circle

Gathering together in a beautiful and warm yurt as women would have done since the beginning of time we will share in a sacred container where we can be truly seen and heard, free from judgement and expectations, exactly as we are.
Gathering together in this way is so incredibly healthy and powerful for women and yet can sometimes feel scary, great care is taken to make sure everyone feels welcome and included.

You can expect some meditation, some tea, somatic work, plenty of space for self enquiry and whatever else comes up within the space. Sometimes this could be some form of processing, breathwork, releasing or simply being held.
