During this session, you’ll experience the combined benefits of Yoga Nidra, Sound Healing, & Dreamwork, preparing you for a night of sacred sleep.
Join us for a peaceful practice, dive deep into relaxation while gliding your attention all through the body, mind, and heart space. Letting the soothing sounds of the crystal harp wash over you as you let go of any stress and tension. Clearing your mind, as you reconnect, recharge, and reattune to your natural rhythms.
Yoga Nidra or "Yogic Sleep" provides a safe space for us to explore both our inner and outer worlds. Bringing awareness to the body, heart and mind, allowing us to identify, acknowledge, and release emotional blockages. By entering a state of deep relaxation, the practice allows access to the subconscious mind, offering you the opportunity to release any pent-up tension, emotional baggage, or stagnant energy leading to healing and personal growth.
