Deep Rest

Join us for Deep Rest every other Friday at The Yoga Branch Studio in North Branch.

With this practice you don’t have to force anything — just receive and allow. During this session, you’ll experience the combined benefits of Yoga Nidra, Sound Healing, & Dreamwork, preparing you for a night of sacred sleep.

Dive deep into relaxation while gliding your attention all through the body, mind, and heart space. Letting the soothing sounds of the crystal harp wash over you as you let go of any stress and tension. Clearing your mind, as you reconnect, recharge, and reattune to your natural rhythms.

Studio space is limited to 11 participants, reach to register and save your spot. See you on the mat!
