Join us Saturday, June 21st @6pm for our 2nd Annual Summer 20-Course Alchemist Pairing.
We did our 1st 20-Course Pairing last summer and it sold out within days. It turned out to be so much fun that we decided to do it again this Summer but make it into an even more interactive experience.
The idea for this pairing came from watching the story about the Michelin chef that offered a 50-course experience that lasted about 6 hours, The Alchemist Experience it was called!! After last summer's event, we decide to do a little more research into how they pulled off these 50-Course pairings. We realized that many of the food pairings were as part of an interactive experience. So, this will be the Pellicano Vineyard version of this fascinating experience.
Vineyard chefs will get a chance to be truly creative while taking you on a tour of Italian regions and showcasing each region's traditions through small courses. As we explore new foods, ingredients and activities that have defined Italian culture over the last 2,000 years, we will visit various areas of The Pellicano Vineyard Estate that will add to the particular region of Italy or culinary theme experience.
Vineyard Chefs will tour Italy virtually with inventive twists on Italian food & tradition. This event is designed to take you and transport you mentally to Italy. It will require you to leave your comfort zones, but in a good way that will bring your senses to life and hopefully have you leave The Vineyard feeling exhilarated and ready to enjoy La Dolce Vita, the good life. So please arrive with an open mind and be ready to explore all of your senses on this journey. This experience will last 2-3 hours.
Part of the true nature of this experience is to be surprised and to explore your senses, so the menu is kept secret until we present each course and experience. We can't wait to take this journey with you!!
Due to the complex nature of this event, we will not be able to accommodate special menu requests and tickets will be non-refundable. This is a 21 and over event. No outside food or drink is allowed on Vineyard property.
