What is Codependence

Somewhere along the road we learn about codependence. We hear it from a friend or a therapist. We see it mentioned in the news. Many of us wonder if codependence describes who we are.

Many of us struggle with the questions: What is codependence? Am I codependent? We want precise definitions and diagnostic criteria before we will decide.

Serenity Fellowship meets weekly to discuss codependency, boundaries, and healthy relationships with ourselves and others. The only requirement for membership is a desire for healthy and loving relationships.

Co-Dependents Anonymous (CoDA) is a Twelve Step Fellowship of people whose common purpose is to develop healthy relationships. The only requirement for membership is a desire for healthy and loving relationships.

The CoDA meeting in this area meets on Monday nights at 7pm at Plume Apothecary 209 Main Ave S, North Bend, WA 98045.
