In guided meditation, our practice is shaped by another person’s voice. Because the mind has a tendency to wander where it will, many of us find it easier to focus and relax when our minds aren’t entirely left to their own devices. This form of meditation is led by a guide in a group setting. Relaxing music may be played to help creating a soothing space and mindset.
Ask for a rewards punch card or for a new stamp if you already have one!
** Please bring a yoga mat or floor cushion that is comfortable for you. We have limited yoga mats, pillows and blankets available.

Please note, our cancellation policy is as follows:
• We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 4 hours before the beginning of your appointment, class, event, or workshop.
• Any cancellations before 24 hours of the appointment, class, event, or workshop may be refunded 100%.
• Any cancellations 4 - 24 hours before an appointment, class, event, or workshop may be refunded 50%.
• Cancellations within the 4 hour window of the appointment, class, event, or workshop are non-refundable.
• If you are late by 15 minutes or greater, your appointment will be canceled without a refund and you will have to reschedule at a later date. If you are later by 15 minutes or greater to an event, class or workshop, your seat will be forfeited without a refund.
