I. "On mindfulness and the right hemisphere" with Dr. Iain McGilchrist
A reference to a passage in Chapter 28 of The Matter with Things, where McGilchrist highlights a section from a book on meditation by Buddhist monk Bhante Henepola Gunaratana [Mindfulness in Plain English, 20th anniversary ed, Wisdom Publications, 2011, 132–46], and points out 23 things that Gunaratana says in that quite short space which refer to hemisphere differences—in each case trying to still whatever it is the left hemisphere is doing and trying to engage whatever it is the right hemisphere is doing.
