About the event

Sunday Fun Run

When: Sunday July 13th, 9am
Where: KPW starting at the parking lot across from Rona on Memorial
Who: EVERYONE! All paces, all running levels.

We have a 5km and 10km route planned. Rachel and myself will be leading the 5k run, at a conversational 6:30/km pace!! Felicia will be leading the 10k run at a conversational pace as well. But feel free to come and do your own thing / own pace… Just make sure to high five other runners on your way by!

Bring your friends, dogs, kids, spouses - the more the merrier! There will be coffee and Timbits at the finish! 😋
