Schedule:

🔥 7:30 PM – 8:00 PM: Warm-Up & Flow Drills (get loose, get sharp)
🤼 8:00 PM – 8:45 PM: Open Mat Rolls (free rolls, no ego, just grind)
🥇 8:45 PM – 9:15 PM: Randori / Competition Rounds (put your skills to the test)
