It’s All About the Handling:
Communication and timing are the backbone
of agility handling; we need to know how to
more effectively communicate with our canine
teammates by matching the verbal cues with
proper physicality. That will be the focus of this
workshop!! Emphasis will be placed on
appropriate body language. This will be
advanced to master’s level workshop. No

It’s All About the Crosses:
Which cross where, how, and when where to
choose how to handle the 5 primary handling
moves on a course. All equipment, weaves are
optional. Dogs should be sequencing multiple
obstacles and have a good understanding of
all equipment. This will be an all level

What About that Tunnel:
What skills do we need for proper tunnel
performance? Tunnel Break, this end of
tunnel, that end of the tunnel, go on out of
tunnels and not going into the tunnels. This
workshop is great for dogs who often pick the
wrong end of the tunnel, run off course to
tunnels, have trouble turning out of tunnels or
have trouble going into them. This will be an
advanced/master’s level workshop. 9 working spots

Commitment to Criteria:
Creating Clarity of training cues, both physical
and verbal. Teaching the desired behaviors
using approximations that build on each other
to create the desired end result, and,
maintaining criteria in both a training and

Problem Solving:
My dog does it perfectly in training but I don’t
know who they are in a trial. This workshop
will allow handlers and opportunity to work on
their problem. This will be an all level

Auditing Information
Auditor spots are unlimited. Auditors who need to bring their dog(s) with them in order to attend the
seminar may crate them in their vehicles in the parking lot or in one of the facilities crates indoors--As long as the dog/s are quiet and non-reactive. Any unruly dogs will be excused from the facility.
For those with a working spot, the price of an all-day auditing spot is $20 for each day you would like to come and audit. Audit all three days for $200 members and $250 for non-members.
Workshop Details
Workshop hours are Friday 8-1 and 2-5; Saturday and Sunday 8-12 and 1-5. The building will open at 7:00 am each day. The workshop will be held indoors at Doggie U K9 Academy, the largest state of the art indoor dog training facility in the metropolitan area, with rubber matted flooring. Stacy will have access to a professional PA system and headset so everyone can easily hear her. This facility has bathroom facilities, a kitchen and a lobby where refreshments will be served. The facility is equipped with AC & Heat (determined by season). Chairs, and crates provided by facility. Parking is limited to the main lot; additional parking can be found next door at Master Concepts & on the street.
Snacks and drinks provided all three days. No lunch will be provided any days. There are many places
close by to get lunch.
Lunch break is 1 hour on each day.
