How to maintain an active sourdough starter so it thrives for years to come!
The step-by-step process of making a sourdough loaf, from mixing and fermenting to shaping and baking.
Tips and tricks for getting that perfect rise, texture and flavor.
We'll also discuss the benefits of sourdough and why it is seemingly making such a big comeback lately!
**During class we will take a break to taste some of Jess's delicious bread with butter & honey. Please feel free to bring light foods & snacks as usual.

PLEASE BRING: A large glass or ceramic bowl (4 quart or bigger) to allow your dough to bulk ferment without spilling over.
Whether you're brand new to sourdough or looking to refine your skills, this class will give you the confidence to create delicious, homemade bread from scratch.
