Join us this Memorial Day for the annual Murph Challenge — a powerful workout honoring fallen service members. Whether you’re taking on the full Murph or scaling it to your level, this event is about pushing yourself and showing up for something bigger than fitness.
🕗 8:00 AM – The Traditional Murph
For those ready to take on the full hero WOD:
• 1-mile run
• 100 pull-ups
• 200 push-ups
• 300 air squats
• 1-mile run
(With or without a weighted vest)
💥 9:00 AM – The “Bootcamp Murph”
A scaled, trainer-led class inspired by the Murph:
• Bodyweight-focused
• Interval-style movements with Murph themes
• Perfect for all fitness levels
• High energy, music, and team spirit
