Barn Dance 2025

The Museum of Appalachia’s signature fundraising event features wagon rides, a sumptuous Southern dinner, traditional bluegrass and old-time musical entertainment, Appalachian square dancing and live and silent auctions.

The Silent Auction will be administered via the Handbid app. You do NOT have to attend Barn Dance to bid on silent auction items. It's open to everyone! More info coming soon.

Proceeds from the event benefit the Museum of Appalachia, a 501(c)3 organization, and are used in support of their mission to preserve Southern Appalachian history and culture.
