Live at The Miner's Arms

Come along to our second comedy night at the Miner's Arms.

Hosted by our very own Graeme Rayner, British Comedian of the Year Semi-finalist, we have 3 superb comedians on the bill.

Our headliner is Alex Camp. Alex has been called “one of best musical acts currently on the UK comedy circuit” - a growing reputation earned by fusing a genuine skill for tight, lean joke writing with excellent original comedy songs. He mixes the hard-hitting punchlines and agile crowd interaction of a stand-up comic with the instrumentation and songwriting ability of a seasoned musician. After years playing in bands, Alex switched to musical comedy where he is now free to sing about rapping babies, 90s dads, the worst towns in the UK and more.

Opening the show is Dom-Hatton Woods. A rising star in comedy, excelling both on stage and online, known for creating engaging content for Bumble and Hooch. With TikTok posts reaching up to 2 million views, he consistently delivers daily laughs. As one reviewer puts it, “Hilarious from start to finish, I’d take him on the road anytime.”

In the middle we have rising star Kate Rob. Kate was a semi-finalist in the 2023 Funny Women Awards just months after her first gig and has been described as: “Talented & going places” Notts Comedy Review.
