Oscar Herrero was born in Tomelloso, Ciudad Real, a land in La Mancha where the passion for flamenco is as natural as the local folklore. His career as concert guitarist and educator, supported by his outstanding achievements in both artistic fields, undoubtedly stands as one of the milestones of flamenco guitar in recent decades.

He has performed in the most prestigious venues and theaters around the world, from the Cairo Opera House to the Hermitage Theatre in Saint Petersburg, as well as in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, China, the Philippines, the United States, Canada, Brazil, Jordan, Namibia, and throughout Europe and Latin America. On these stages, he has showcased musical creations ranging from solo guitar performances to flamenco concerts for guitar and orchestra.
