✅ Do I need to bring a yoga mat?
Nope! We’ve got you covered. Our studio provides clean, high-quality mats you can use for free.
✅ What should I wear?
Wear something comfortable that lets you move freely—like leggings, joggers, or workout clothes. No shoes are needed; we practice barefoot.
✅ Do I need to be flexible or in shape?
Not at all! This class is made for complete beginners. Come as you are—we’ll meet you there.
✅ Should I eat beforehand?
Try not to eat a big meal right before class. A light snack an hour or two before is ideal.
✅ When should I arrive?
Please arrive 10 minutes early so we can get you signed in, settled, and comfortable.
✅ Is it okay if I’ve never done yoga before?
Absolutely—that's the whole point of this class! You’ll be in good company, and we’ll explain everything step-by-step.
🧘♀️ Meet Your Teacher – Mila
Mila has been teaching yoga for over 15 years and brings a deep passion for movement, wellness, and inner connection. Her yoga journey began in Ukraine and has been shaped by Ayurveda, Women’s Yoga Practices, ancient Slavic healing techniques, and Yoga Philosophy.
She’s led yoga retreats around the world—from Madagascar and Egypt to India and the U.S.—always with the same mission:
