Cool off with a sweet treat and meet your future furry best friend at Pups and Snoballs—a paw-some adoption event with Norfolk Animal Care Center!

🐶 Join Norfolk Animal Care Center at Penguin’s Snoballs on Friday, May 16, 2025, from 2:00–4:00 PM at 2388 E Little Creek Rd for an afternoon of icy snacks and adoptable dogs.

🍧 While you chill with one of Penguin’s famous snoballs, you can meet some adorable NACC pups looking for loving homes.

💙 10% of the day’s total sales at their E. Little Creek location will be donated to Friends of Norfolk Animal Care Center, helping provide care and resources for the animals who need it most.
