Join us for a family-friendly event centered on PTSD awareness and community support. Experience a day of healing through movement, mindfulness, and connection. From therapy dogs and group fitness demos to meditation, journaling, and more—there’s something for everyone.

Admittance is donation-based, with all proceeds supporting trauma-informed and mental health programming at The Kroc. Open to all ages. Let’s stand strong together.
