PEACE CLASS+

Join us for an evening of deep relaxation that mindfully combines restorative yoga with sound healing.


This 75min Class+ experience begins with gentle restorative yoga poses & breathing practices designed to cultivate mind-body awareness, emotional equanimity, & physical ease.


Both Restorative Yoga & Sound Healing practices are designed to activate the body’s parasympathetic nervous system which, in turn, helps the body rest, heal, & restore balance.


PEACE concludes with an extended Savasana Sound Bath, using crystal singing bowls to help attune you to a more positive & vibrant frequency.


As a result, you'll begin your weekend from a place of mental clarity and physical relaxation.
