Murph at The Iron Asylum 2025

Murph is back! The Norfolk location will be hosting the big event, while Newport News, Kempsville, and Castleton will have unofficial Murph workouts (you can do on your own or with your own group at offered time slots).

Norfolk will also be serving breakfast burritos for donations to the foundation.

A scaled child's heat is also available again this year. Please scale to your child's abilities, and estimate their completion time to around 20-30 minutes. Suggested options: 1/4 mile run, 5 rounds of: 5 pull ups (banded if needed or banded pull downs), 10 push ups (on knees or elevated to a bench or box or wall), 15 air squats (or can do box squats), 1/4 mile run.
