Join us for a free* philosophy talk based on our September theme of the month: Santosha / Contentment

Santosha is perhaps one of the most well known Niyamas. Through this Niyama we are asked to look at what we have and where we are and to meet ourselves there with a sense of contentment and perhaps gratitude. Santosha reminds us to be present with what is, to understand that striving or reaching is ok but that becoming attached to everything being 'ok' when we gain those things will cause suffering and that during those interim periods in life we can still be ok with knowing that we are exactly where and how we are meant to be.

There are so many perspectives and ways that we can look at this Niyama, and incorporate what it's asking of us in our day to day lives.

Join us for an hour unraveling Santosha through reflecting on your yoga practice and the way you approach life and how this Niyama can play a role for you on and off your mat.

Please bring pen and paper or a journal.

There will opportunity to ask questions as part of a facilitated discussion.
