Let yourself melt away as you join David Hardy & Matilda Malone for a deep dive into the practice of Candlelit Yin Yoga with live Sound Healing.

Encompassing 90 minutes the pair will guide you into the experiential healing power of stillness, mindful movement and vibrational medicine.
