Join us for a free* philosophy talk based on our July theme of the month: Aparigraha / Non Attachment

Aparigraha or non attachment asks us to look at the things we collect - both physically and subtly (e.g. memories) and untangle ourselves from what was to allow what can be. It reminds us that our attachments can be both beautiful and can cause suffering and the more we seem them as they are the more we can understand the way they mold who we are and perhaps stop us from becoming who we can be.

There are so many perspectives and ways that we can look at this Yama, and incorporate what it's asking of us in our day to day lives.

Join us for an hour unraveling Aparigraha through reflecting on your yoga practice and the way you approach life and how this Yama can play a role for you on and off your mat.

Please bring pen and paper or a journal.

There will opportunity to ask questions as part of a facilitated discussion.

When: Thursday 3 July 2025
Time: 6.15pm- we are taking over the Meditation Class timeslot
Investment: Free for members (weekly, monthly and yearly memberships), $10 for non members
