90 Minute Flow: Exploration of Your Inner Fire

Indulge in this extended practice that will take you through an exploration of the sun and fire through the practices of breathwork (pranayama), mudra, vinyasa / power flow practice (all levels), yin yoga and meditation.

Kat Harding will lead you through this 90 minute practice that will give you the opportunity to sink into your body and revitalize your mind. A practice of connection of the varying practices of yoga and your experience of the sun and fire within you.

You can expect a fun, invigorating and refreshing flow, getting you out of your comfort zone, and creative and fluid meditation and pranayama practices to burn through stagnation and prepare you to walk more lightly through the world.
