Official Event Policies & Community Guidelines
Welcome to Fire in the Valley! Were excited to bring the heat with an epic day of cars, racing, vendors, and
unforgettable vibes.
To keep the experience safe, fun, and smooth for everyone, please review the following event guidelines:
1. COMMUNITY CONDUCT
Were all here for the same reason to celebrate car culture and community. All guests are expected to:
- Show respect to others, regardless of background or style.
- Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or aggressive behavior.
- Help maintain a positive, family-friendly atmosphere.
2. CAR SHOWCASE & RACING RULES
We welcome car lovers of all kinds, but safety is everything.
- Burnouts, donuts, and reckless driving are prohibited unless part of an approved exhibition.
- Racing is permitted only with the official TNT Package.
You must be registered and approved to participate.
All TNT racers must follow safety protocols and staff instructions.
Helmets and proper gear are required no exceptions.
- Spectator and show vehicles must remain parked and off during the event unless authorized.
3. VENDOR & BOOTH GUIDELINES
We love our local vendors and want everyone to thrive!
- Set up during your assigned load-in time.
- Open flames (grills, torches, etc.) require prior approval.
- Keep your space clean and trash-free throughout the event.
- Amplified music must be approved and kept to a reasonable volume.
4. SAFETY & EMERGENCY INFO
- A First Aid Station will be located near the front gate.
- In case of any emergency, alert staff immediately or dial 911.
- Follow all directions from staff and emergency responders during incidents.
5. FIREWORKS & FLAMES
- Personal fireworks, sparklers, or fire-related devices are not allowed.
- Only pre-approved pyrotechnic teams may operate any fire or special effects.
6. PARKING & ENTRY
- Follow event signage for spectator, show, and TNT racer parking.
- Handicap-accessible spots are available near the entrance.
- No re-entry without a valid wristband or pass.
7. PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA
- This event will be photographed and filmed. By entering, you consent to being on camera.
- Drone usage is allowed only with written approval and must comply with FAA regulations.
8. WEATHER & EVENT UPDATES
- This is a rain-or-shine event.
- Any schedule changes or severe weather alerts will be announced via our official social pages: @FireInTheValleyOK
9. LIABILITY NOTICE
- Attendees are responsible for their property. The event is not liable for lost or stolen items.
- By entering the event, you accept all risks associated with participation and waive liability from organizers, sponsors,
and partners.
