WEIGH-INS:
Takes place on the day of the event. You should weigh-in 60 minutes before your first match.
MEDALS:
1st, 2nd and 3rd place competitors will receive a medal on the podium.
MEDICS:
We will have trained medics on sight. To help and advise on injuries and help where needed.
