We connect with the frequency of Essential Oil of Blue Lotus, allowing ourselves to surrender & drop into a state of trust & flow, just as the healing crystalline waters of Gaia 🩵🌊
We continue with breathwork, taking us deeper into relaxation & presence, grounding & anchoring ourselves into the core crystals of Mother Earth. We continue our visual journey as we connect with the consciousness of the Crystalline Waters, visualising these sacred waters cleansing us from the inside to our outer energy bodies. Slowing down into sacred pause. Allowing ourselves to heal & rejuvenate. To flow without resistance or struggle, like the flowing waters of a river. We then allow these purifying waters to flow across the Earth, clearing & cleansing each body of water, from the lakes & rivers to the seas & oceans. As all of the waters across our beautiful Gaia are cleansed, the collective frequency of our planet rises 🩵🌍🌊
As we lay down for the Sound Journey of Vibrational healing tones & frequencies using Crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, Ocean Drum, Rain Stick, Chimes & other magical sound healing instruments we go even further into our personal journey of healing, rejuvenation & visualisation. We continue with self-healing energy work, gratitude, oracle cards & sharing in the circle. Herbal tea & snacks are served at the end of the evening.

*For your own comfort it’s recommended to wear comfortable clothing
*Please bring a refillable water bottle with you to stay hydrated throughout the Ceremony
*You may wish to bring any crystals, crystal jewellery or sacred objects that you wish to work with during the ceremony. You may also bring a journal & pen to write things that may come up for you
