This is a space to slow down, to tune in, and to reconnect with your body and breath.
We begin by arriving—
Noticing our breath,
Feeling into our bodies,
Becoming aware of our surroundings and each other.
From here, we move.
Gently, freely, curiously.
We explore new shapes, sensations, and rhythms.
We release tension, follow impulse, and allow movement to arise—
Not from effort, but from presence.
This is not about getting it “right.”
There are no steps to follow, no experience required.
Just bring your self as it is, and your breath as it comes.
Together, we move toward connection—
With ourselves, with others, and with the present moment.
Come as you are. All bodies and experience levels are welcome.
What to Expect
• A gentle guided arrival into breath, body, and space
• Time for free, intuitive movement—solo, in pairs, or as a group
• Moments of stillness, movement, and deep listening to your inner experience
• A non-judgmental, inclusive space
• No choreography or performance—just exploration and expression
• Opportunities to connect with others through shared presence and movement
• You’re welcome to move as much or as little as feels right for you

Elena Solomou is a certified Alexander Technique teacher, conscious movement dancer, and movement facilitator based in Nicosia, Cyprus. Immersed in the world of movement for many years, she began leading group sessions in 2020.
Her unique approach weaves the grounding principles of the Alexander Technique into the fluid world of conscious movement—offering participants an embodied, present-moment experience.
Elena holds space for people to explore movement as a path to awareness and authentic connection—no choreography, just you and your body in motion.
Come as you are, and move as you feel.
Alongside group sessions, Elena also offers one-on-one Alexander Technique lessons with hands-on guidance.
Creating a safe space:
• Wear loose, comfortable clothing. Bring extra layers if you think you might get cold — or a change of clothes if you expect to sweat.
• Bring your water bottle to stay hydrated.
• Bring a book. (No, we won’t be reading it — but we will be using it! 😉)
• Please arrive on time — your presence matters.
We begin together, and your presence supports the energy and safety of the whole group
• Switch your mobile phone to silent and please avoid using it during the session.
• No talking on the dance floor, thank you — let’s keep the space sacred and connected through movement.
• Confidentiality. We hold this space with care, trust, and mutual respect. You're free to move, express, release — knowing that what is shared or expressed remains confidential.
