Suddenly you realise: “I don’t even remember how I got here.” You are running on autopilot, fuelled by energy that leaves you sinking in shifting sands. You’ve tried "mindfulness" and probably other practices, such as sitting still, emptying your mind, and being peaceful. What happened when you couldn’t? 
What if mindfulness isn’t about calming down or “doing it right”? It’s about micro-moments of awareness that you begin to notice. This is where real change begins. You don’t need hours of silence. You need a few moments of courage to pause and ask: “What’s alive in me right now?”

In this 60-minute session, I’ll share how short, everyday noticing practices can steadily transform your relationship with stress, uncertainty, and even joy. We’ll unpack why “just relax” doesn’t work (and how mindfulness is actually about leaning into discomfort, not avoiding it), practice 3 simple “noticing anchors” you can use anywhere, and discover how tiny pauses build steadiness and help you trust yourself in the ever-changing environment.
This isn’t theory. It’s what got Anastasia through loss, moving countries, physical pain, betrayal, and other experiences. You’ll leave with one concrete practice to try today, and the confidence that you already have everything you need to trust yourself and navigate life, no matter what it throws at you.
