🌟 Creative Workshop: A Meeting with Our Chains 🌟
🎭 Inspired by Jorge Bucay’s “The Chained Elephant”
🐘 How can such a powerful creature stay bound by the thin chains of the circus? Why does it not walk away? Why does it not break free?
Just like the elephant in the story, we often find ourselves trapped in predisposed beliefs and old patterns, in a world filled with both visible and invisible chains.
Join us for a 2-hour experiential workshop that opens a playful, creative, and deeply reflective space to explore the “chains” we carry and the inner strength, possibility, and renewal we may not yet know we have.

Together, we will gently question what keeps us from moving forward, and discover new possibilities, insights, and ways of relating to ourselves and each other.
🗣️ The workshop concludes with a dedicated discussion panel, offering time for thoughtful sharing, mutual inspiration, and the co-creation of new perspectives.

Chrysilia Gkleka
PhD Candidate in Clinical Psychology | MSc in Developmental Psychology
Her work bridges play, drama therapy, and embodied approaches to emotional exploration. Her passion for theatre guides participants toward deeper self-understanding and collaborative meaning-making.
