Every New and Full Moon! This grounding class helps women reconnect with their bodies, calm the nervous system, and build inner resilience through breath, gentle movement, and stillness. No experience needed. Mats and props are provided.

A She Rises Sanctuary Offering

She Rises: A Sacred Shift Sanctuary is a nonprofit based in Florida that empowers women affected by sex work, addiction, incarceration, and military service.
We offer full scholarships to a trauma-informed yoga teacher training, holistic healing support, and a supportive community of recovery and renewal.
This is not just a program.
It’s a sacred shift into purpose, peace, and professional possibility.
